Leonardtown, MD. – The St. Mary’s County Bar Association is pleased to announce that Carmen Doig, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was the winner of the Association’s 2018 College Scholarship in the amount of $1,500.  Ms. Doig recently graduated The King’s Christian Academy and plans on attending Truett McConnell University this fall in Cleveland, Georgia, where she will be playing volleyball and majoring in business with a focus on finance and accounting.
